It's that time of year again to gather together, share some delicious fried chicken, and discuss important community matters.

This is a great opportunity to meet your neighbors, voice your opinions, and contribute to the betterment of our neighborhood. The pavilion sits on an open field with plenty of room for the kids to run and play.

How the day runs

• 11:00 AM Setup help arrives (optional — just show up early if you want to lend a hand)
• 11:30 AM Lunch and social time
• Shortly after Annual meeting convenes
• After the meeting Stay a few minutes to help with cleanup if you can
